Each meeting room has access to the Internet-2 network. I2 is the result of a partnership of over 170 Universities nationwide (and several major corporations) working together with private industry and government toward a high-speed, academic use Internet system. This connection allows conference participants the ability to interact with other I2 facilities in applications like telemedicine, digital libraries, multicasting, and virtual laboratories. All of this is possible using a non-compressed audio/video stream enabling real time interaction and discussion.

Presentation Storage Services
Our Business Service Center at your service.
Prior to your event, you can e-mail your presentation to the Business Service Center for storage on our server. On the day of your event, your presentation materials will be ready upon your arrival.
